Culture Night at the Church Presents : “The Church Bar & Restaurant – The former St Mary’s – a brief summary of 300 years of folklore, art and history in The Heart of Dublin One”

Switch on Culture Night with venues and public spaces across the island of Ireland as they open their doors to host a programme of free late-night entertainment, as part of an all-island celebration of arts, heritage and culture. Now in its thirteenth year, Culture Night returns on Fri Sep 20th 2010.

National Services Day

Established as National Services Day in 2018 the first Saturday in September sees the bands, personnel and vehicles of the nations emergency and security services parade from Parnell Square to Dublin Castle.

Copenhagen Jazz Festival

More than 250,000 people make Copenhagen Jazz Festival one of the biggest, inclusive jazz events of its kind i Europe. 

The city of Copenhagen becomes alive and vibrant with jazz in the streets, city squares, jazz clubs and unique concert halls when Copenhagen Jazz Festival takes place each summer.

Copenhagen Jazz Festival is also one of the city's oldest music festivals, and in 2018 the festival will celebrate its 40th anniversary.
