Every year, a fever grips Dresden for a week in May: a fever commonly known as Dixie-Fever.
And there’s only one cure!
Join in all the fun and enjoy all that Dixieland Festival Dresden has to offer.
This international old-time jazz festival has been running for more than forty years and attracts over 500,000 visitors.
Traditionally, the festival opens on the first Saturday with a large family festival at the Dresden Zoo.
Over the course of the festival week, 39 acts from nine countries will do their bit to cure Dixie-Fever.
